It's hard looking for a place to start on this one! So much cool hardware...and an incredible looking truck!

Heck, we will start off with the cute stuff. This truck sits in the sweet spot. It looks amazing but it has some nicks & imperfections that will have you not so worried about the sand or some rain. I'd call this one a 5-footer as these small imperfections not readily visible except on up close & personal inspection. However, they are there so we put up some close-up photos. Often when these have a show quality paint you just cringe when those tires are slinging dirt and small cars upon a $15k paint job. This one looks that good, but it has just enough imperfections to relieve your guilt. Get in this one and drive...weather be damned.

Going around the truck it is quite solid. When it came to us it had a small amount of rust in the front floor corners that was professionally replaced with reproduction pans that were properly trimmed to replace only the small rusted section of metal, butt-welded in place then painted with a rust preventative paint to seal them. The cab mounts are quite nice and the firewall is solid.

The bed was super solid but it was used as a truck, though responsibly. There are some of the normal dings on the wheel houses but nothing major. The bed floor is also quite solid without the normal rust. To preserve this, we stripped the paint and scale down and coated it with an epoxy paint then lined the bed with Raptor bed coating. This should keep the bed protected from weather and use quite well.

Inside the interior is nicely trimmed out with late model Lariat seats. This is a common conversion as they are readily available and super comfortable. The builder of this truck saw fit to wire the power seats in and they function properly. Even the heated seat function works. The carpet and headliner are in good condition. The dash pad is cracked and could use either a cap or a complete replacement. The original instrumentation seriously lacked gauges to keep track of a high-performance application. The current cluster contains pretty much all the info you need to have to keep that expensive drivetrain alive.

The stereo system has been upgraded as well. This is an older system with an amplifier and dual down firing subs hidden in the back seat platform. The in-dash single DIN setup could easily be freshened with a modern head unit if you desired or just rock the current one.

This is a factory Air Conditioning truck that has been upgraded with a modern style A/C pump equipped with 134 refrigerant for easy service. The factory pump was kept and is setup for an on-board air system for tires, tools or blowing up your inflatables at the beach. It has its own powered switch on the dash.

Under the hood lives a well behaved 460 cubic inch Big Block. It was built for torque & reliability. Nice performance upgrades like an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and matching carb work with the upgraded electronic ignition and long tube headers to make a bunch of torque right off idle. The exhaust is a single setup with a single Flowmaster muffler for a deep mellow note...check out the video!

To keep up with the cooling of the 460, C6 and the air conditioning a giant Howe radiator with integrated electric fan & shroud were installed. There are large coolers installed for the transmission and engine oil as well. This truck was built well.

The KILLER suspension system is a custom one utilizing long travel arms in front and a converted 3 link in the rear. The front arms have adjustments for caster which is a really big deal as most of these lifted trucks have serious alignment issues. Out back the arms are a full 7 feel long! The rear leaf springs were changed out for long travel coils and dual adjustable shocks. You can set the shocks for either a firm or a soft ride for a really big difference. This is a really well done setup which would cost a tremendous amount of money to replicate.

The tires are 35x12.50x15's Falken Wild Peak M/T's. They have less than 500 miles on them and are in great shape. The wheels were recently polished and look great
