This 1968 Mustang Convertible was made as a stock-dealer demonstrator, and extremely well optioned according to the Marti Report. The car has been repainted in its original Meadowlark Yellow paint, and its original 289 2V replaced with a 302 4V engine. The car runs great, and would make an excellent driver with power steering and power disc brakes in working order. The interior is in good condition with only a few minors tears in the seats, beautiful center console, and still finished in Nugget Gold Vinyl. The chrome styled steel wheels are a unique option for the year, with traditional white wall tires the car looks classy as can be. The car has a great body, with beautiful trunk floors and the only notable rust found in the lower rear wheel well corners as shown in the photos. This beauty would be a wonderful Sunday cruiser, take the white vinyl top down and enjoy the sunshine!
