Rep

This is a fun Camaro and presents as an extremely nice survivor, which in a way it is. With a reported 59k original miles most of this car is original. As the story would have it, the car originated in New Mexico before relocating to the Los Angeles area then making a return trip to finish its days in New Mexico. Thus, this is a rust free example. The floors, quarters & trunk all appear to be the original born-with metal. While New Mexico will save a car from rust it isn't as nice to paint. The car was recently repainted in the factory colors, Glacier Blue on the body and Dover White on top. Yes, this is a factory painted roof car which in itself is quite rare. Some chrome & bright trim was replaced but the bulk of the car remains original.

The Camaro LM1 package made up only 4% of production and was ceased only 4 months into production. It consisted of a special 350 4 barrel with lower compression. The only difference between the high horsepower SS version was the larger combustion chamber cylinder heads. You still got the 12 bolt rear end and a multi-leaf spring rear end which most GM enthusiasts would insist was only available on an SS.
