Lots of boxes with checks on this little '65! The looks are period yet striking. It's been tastefully upgraded with a nice 302 complete with aluminum intake manifold, Brawler 4 barrel carb and long tube headers. A 5-speed transmission is a super nice compliment making road trips at 70 a breeze. 4-wheel disc brakes so high speed braking isn't a laundry-altering experience. 

To start with this one is a good looking driver. The paint is older with some imperfections, call this one a 10-footer. It would be great for a beginner looking for a classic driver. The body is solid and a lot of time & effort have went into this build years ago. There are some cracks in the paint and they are pictured. 

Inside the interior looks great. Black Pony is one of the most popular and desirable interiors of the era. The upholstery and carpet all appear to be quite nice with very little wear. 

Under the hood the 302 is reported as being rebuilt though no receipt documentation was provided. The upgrades include an Edelbrock Performer RPM, Brawler 4 Barrel Carburetor, Tubular Headers, Electronic Ignition and a mild performance camshaft. The radiator is a larger aluminum unit for better cooling.

The 5-speed transmission is a huge upgrade with a low 1st gear while 5th is an overdrive. Kind of the best of all worlds.

The rear suspension has new leaf springs and a set of coil over shocks to obtain the height to clear those big tires. If desired you could remove the coil overs and drop the rear to a stock height.
