This is a super rare opportunity for the enthusiast who craves a good looking car, not a pedigree. This fastback was once upon a time wrecked and the front end replaced with one from a coupe. When it was re-licensed the VIN from the coupe was used so the car is titled and VIN numbered as a coupe. The title is clean and does not carry a rebuilt or salvage brand.
A Fastback in Candy Apple Red never fails to impress. Add in the Shelby Style Decklid & Endcaps & you can’t miss. This is older paint that still shines nicely but has the normal stone chips & imperfections. This is what we like to call a ‘no guilt driver’.
Under the hood lives a 351 Cleveland with an Edelbrock Aluminum Performer Intake Manifold and a 4 Barrel Carburetor. This engine is reported to have just been rebuilt and it runs STRONG. It is mated to an automatic transmission that works nicely.
The interior features a Fold Down Rear Seat as well as new instrument & dash bezels. It presents nicely and would work great as a daily driver. The wheels are 17” Torque Thrust II’s with nice tires. They fit well and look great.
This is a huge opportunity as most 67 Fastbacks in good working order that look like this will cost well in excess of $35k. Just think of what $10k would buy…4 Wheel Wilwood Disc Brake AND Air Conditioning AND a nice Stereo AND a Shelby Style Hood. Lots to buy or just save it.
If you simply want a beautiful car and would like to save $10k, take a good look at this one.
