Ordered new in Palm Springs this Mustang was definitely a looker. From the Calypso Coral paint to the White Knit interior and matching White convertible top it was quite striking. The option list runs deep on this car, make sure to take a look it it in the photos. 

Obviously its been a few years since this one graced the showroom floor. However, from 20 feet it still presents well. Get closer and the deficiencies become apparent. There are touch ups & bubbles. From what we can see it has seen a single repaint. This one sat for years in a carport with the passenger side of the car seeing the wet weather. As such there is more corrosion, see pics. 

Inside the white knit vinyl factory interior, one of the classiest of the era, has just been treated to fresh NOS seat upholstery and new reproduction door panels. The factory wood grain Mach 1 style dash bezels and door panel inserts are a super nice factory touch. Even the factory 8-track Mustang script radio is still there. 

Under the hood the original Numbers Matching 351 runs well. The transmission goes into gear and shifts properly. The A/C system appears complete but will need a total servicing. 

The tires & wheels were just installed. The Magnum 500's are 15x7 with brand new Cooper Cobra tires 255 60's rear and 235 60's in the front.
