This '67 is an excellent opportunity to break into the S-Code market for they buyer who doesn't want to fork out $50k. It has the rare 390 and 4 Speed options that cause the prices to really soar. This car retains its original door tag and fender VIN stamping. This is a running and driving car that presents well and draws tons of attention.

The body is in good, unrestored condition with the normal bumps & scrapes of an 20+ year old repaint. The paint still shines and the car has the look of a survivor. The panels are solid with only minor bubbling on the passenger door corner and driver's rear quarter. We replaced the front floor pans due to the typical pinholes. This was done professionally with quality reproduction floor pans and butt-welded seams. The frame rails, torque boxes and floors are in good condition. This is a San Jose produced car that has lived its life on the West Coast leaving it free from the ravages of road salt.

Inside the interior presents well. We did replace the carpet with a new reproduction kit and it fits nicely. The seat upholstery is comfortable with wear and some small imperfections. The original seat belts are still in place. This interior could quite possibly be the original with the exception of the carpet.

Under the hood, the 351 Cleveland is the desirable 1970 version. It appears to be stock and runs well. The 4 Speed Toploader works nicely but the shifter would benefit from a rebuild. The original 390 is long gone but we do have a unit available with the correct GT cylinder heads for an additional cost. The original 9" differential was also removed and an 8" unit is in place. Again, we have another unit located if needed.

The electrical system is in order with proper charging, working fuel/temp/oil gauges, turn signals, brake lights, wipers and heater motor.

This is a fun car, it looks like an old original with plenty of patina but a good look all the same. So, if you are in the market for a cool fastback and don't have $50+ to spend, take a good look at this one. It could be driven and enjoyed as is or treated to a restoration without breaking the bank. Either way it is a sound investment in your enjoyment and FUNds!
