This '79 is a truly GORGEOUS example. From the Charcoal Metallic paint to the 17x9" Honeycomb wheels it just looks perfect. The restoration efforts were largely photo-documented and come with the receipts, so you know what has been done & just how in-depth the work was. There are volumes of information on the build of this car.

The body work was done at LaRue Brothers in Vancouver, WA and really looks nice. Again, lots of pictures and receipts included with the car. The panels line up well, paint has a nice deep gloss and the trim fits right. Take a look at the pictures, this is a nice example.

The interior looks good but does have some wear on the original seats, dash pad, door panels and headliner. The carpet was replaced and looks good. It was only partially done when the owner passed away. The family finish assembled the car and it has been driven.

Under the hood the 400 runs excellent. It has been upgraded with an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and Ceramic Coated headers. The exhaust is reported to consist of 3" from the headers to the 40-Series Flow Master mufflers to 2.5" tail pipes to stainless steel 'Splitter Tips'. The car has a nice deep growl and great performance.

As a Trans Am is has Power 4-Wheel Disc Brakes. It also has Power Steering.

This was originally and Air Conditioned car but the underhood components were not installed. The pump is included with the car, see pics.

Receipts show all new weatherstripping for this car and when we washed it we noticed no leaks, which is rare.

The wheels are 17x9" cast aluminum wheels from Year One with 275 40 BFG G-Force tires.

There is a lot to talk about on this car and documentation is provided to answer nearly any question you might have as a buyer or an owner. This info is included with the sale.
