This '74 Bronco has underwent a quality restoration by the previous owner. During the restoration the body was stripped & repainted while the engine, transmission, axles, transfer case, brakes, steering, etc were all either replaced, rebuilt or completely disassembled, inspected and/or detailed. The previous owner provided extensive receipt documentation for parts used. He had his own shop employees perform much of the labor. An estimated $36,000 was invested to get this Bronco where it is today. With only a handful of miles since completion it is pretty much through its teething faze and ready to be enjoyed.

The body is beautiful. The Bold Orange is the factory color and looks great on this one. During the repaint the floors were replaced and nicely painted. The windshield frame was also replaced and new seals installed A new functional cowl hood was installed and looks great while also helping to keep underhood temps manageable. New bumpers, bezels and lights were all installed. The paint has a deep glossy finish. Panel alignment is quite nice by Bronco standards.

Inside the interior has been upgraded comfortable reclining bucket seats. The rear seat was converted to a fold n tumble unit. The dash was shot with bedliner for a durable finish. The dash houses a nice CD Player that is wired to speakers in the dash, doors and a speaker box just behind the custom console. The door glass and windshield were all replaced with new for a fresh clean look.

Under the hood the 302 has been equipped with a factory 4 Barrel intake manifold and long tube headers. It has a great sound and a bit more power than stock. During the restoration the engine was disassembled and deemed to be in good condition so it was reassembled with new gaskets. The C4 Automatic Transmission showed some wear so it was completely rebuilt (receipts provided).

The differentials and transfer case were all disassembled and inspected. The 9" rear and Dana 20 transfer case were in good condition while the Dana 44 showed some wear. The front differential was rebuilt with new bearings, ball joints and seals.

The Power Steering was addressed with new components from Wild Horses along with all of the steering bushings. The steering is surprisingly tight and responsive.

The suspension was upgraded with a new 3 1/2" kit from Wild Horses including new springs, shocks and brackets. The lift provides the perfect height for the 35" tires while keeping the overall height under 7' so it still fits in most garages. This Bronco has a comfortable but firm ride that is a great fit for handling on the street or trail.
