Beautiful baby blue sunny day cruiser, Drop the top and crank the tunes, you'll instantly fall in love with driving this bug around. This Bug was sold and stayed here in Washington it's entire life, so it has never been subjected to the salty roads or harsh conditions that have eaten many of these VW's over the years. Convertibles are getting hard to find, and no matter who you are, you will always smile when walking up to this Bug!

The Body shows no dings and is very straight, the body lines up quite well and the doors, hood, and boot all open and close as they should. Glass shows no cracks and windows all go up and down. The Baby blue paint looks great and is definitely an eye catcher driving down the street, Door jambs and windshield frame are all exceptionally clean, remember, it's in the fine detail that makes the difference! There is a small paint crack above driver door handle and a blemish on the passenger fender, both of which have been pictured, as well as some light pitting on the chrome turn signal housings.

The Interior is very clean and presentable, no rips or tears in the seats, very clean carpet, etc. The dash shows no cracks and all the accessories/lights work good. Convertible top and headliner are also in great shape and taunt. The stereo is an upgraded Alpine CD player with 4 speakers, including lower speaker kick panels. One thing we did see is the "Fasten Seat Belt" warning cover is missing.

The Engine is a 1600cc 4 cylinder, which starts and runs great with no hesitation or smoke from the tailpipe. We cannot determine if this is the original engine, however the Engine Code AK says that it is a 1973 engine only, so chances are pretty good for being original. The 4 speed shifts great and overall this Bug is a blast to drive!

The Chassis pan is very solid and in great shape, two areas to the rear pan have been repaired and no signs of rust anywhere else is seen. The chassis has been undercoated for protection which also makes it quite presentable from underneath. The brakes work good and no suspension squeaks or clunks are heard. This Bug just feels tight just like they should.
