Rare Un-Cut Example

Excellent Running 302

Newly Upholstered Seats

New Reproduction Rear Fuel Tank

This '70 is in a great space for either the entry level enthusiast or the seasoned enthusiast looking for his or her next restoration fix. Broncos are one of the few vehicles that have enough value when completed to make financial sense of a restoration. With prices climbing steadily higher by the year Broncos have long been a blue chip investment.

This Bronco is a rarity with its original quarter panels still in place. There is the obvious patina and 2 repaints. However, the doors easily open and close with surprising alignment. There is rust in the usual places such as the rear engine compartment corners, door posts, a few pinholes in the passenger floor, the drivers floor has been partially removed and reproduction panel cut but not final installed. The passenger door striker plate does have some rust as well. Please scroll through the pictures as these areas are covered. Overall though these are the common spots for Broncos.

Inside the original seats were recovered using reproduction seat upholstery in the original Parchment color. The dash is still in tact and without the normal hack job for the radio.

The 302 runs like a clock. It fires up easily and it is so smooth it is hard to tell it is even running. The engine appears to be the stock original with the 2 barrel carburetor still in place. The 3 speed manual trans works nicely as well. The clutch has the typical Bronco chatter but works well.

The steering and brakes are still the original manual units. They work properly but do take a bit more effort than modern cars.

The tires still have ample tread but do show some weather checking so plan on a new set of shoes before any serious street duty.

The electrical system appears to be in order with a properly functioning charging system. Lights including turn signals, brake lights, headlights all appear to work properly.

Again, this is an older project so expect some projects and you will not be let down. In the end there is plenty of sweat equity to be had for the savvy enthusiast.
