This is a very highly optioned Camaro with Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Tilt Steering Column and a 12 Bolt Rear End. This is an older restoration that has been well cared for.

​

The paint is a '10-footer'. It shines beautifully but has imperfections from age. The panels all appear to be the originals including the floors, trunk pan & quarter panels. The only body issues seen are some minor bubbling just behind the rear wheels down low on the quarter. The vinyl top is in great condition.

The 350 was rebuilt with a mild performance cam, otherwise stock appearing. The TH350 automatic shifts nicely with nice, firm shifts. The 12-bolt differential has a BL stamping that indicates a non-posi with 3.07 gearing, however both tires give a positive chirp on hard throttle upshifts.

​

This one drives really nicely with tight steering, nice handling and great acceleration. This is a fun & rewarding car to drive.

The Air Conditioning functions but will need a recharge. The compressor cycles on with the switch. The heater works well.

​

The tires are brand new BF Goodrich Radial T/A's on what appear to be the original 14" Rally Wheels.

Van Nuys built Camaros did not have the X-Coding that specifies the Super Sport, Z/28 or base model Camaros. This car has all of the SS specific equipment along with the exhaust hanger bracketed drivers rear frame rail. The engine was rebuilt and block decked removing the suffix code on the block. So, the only definitive piece that ties this as an SS would be the option content (12-Bolt Differential), Power Front Disc Brakes with correct proportioning valve and the frame rail exhaust hanger bracket as only the dual exhaust cars (302 Z/28 and 350 4 barrel & higher horsepower) were Super Sports and Z/28's.
